So the mantra will be chanted as: "om thraimbakam yajamahe sugandhim pushti vardhanam urvarukamiva bandhanath mrithiormuksheeya mamrithath jyoomsa svaha". But others says that the end sounds ie: jyoomsa swaha is not needed. And some says that when we are performing maha mrithiyunjaya homa we should chant the mantra for one thousand and eight times.
